What the customer needs

We had LVT flooring installed during a kitchen refit May 25. In the last two weeks we've noticed liquid seeping through the joins in a section of the kitchen when pressure is applied. On the side of the red line on the picture I've attached. We have noticed a white almost limescale material at times develop in the joins of some of the tiles in the affected area over a period of the last 3 months. I've removed the plinth under the sink and the cupboard to the left of it and cannot see any visible water leaks. I haven't removed the plinths further along where the dishwasher and washing machine are located. However, there is no seeping in that area (past the green line on the attached picture). This is an issue we need investigating. Thanks Adam
